This site contains a detailed description of 13 IRM 2008 Holiday homes for private individuals. You will need to allow a budget of between 25 000 Euros and 60 000 Euros which will include:
. purchase of the holiday home itself (price dependent on the size and the facilities),
. wide load transport from the factory to the campground (price dependent on the distance),
. installation costs (stabilization, connections, etc.)
. annual rental of a site.

IRM leisure Holiday homes are sold by more than 40 approved distributors throughout France. These dealers can suggest a large number of sites on different campgrounds in their region, and can also offer to help you finance your Holiday home, transport it and install it as a "turnkey" project, and provide the required follow up and after sales service.
