There are two considerations apart from size and budget criteria that can help guide your choice :

1/ What level of insulation do you want (for summer only or for year round) ? and how comfortable do you want it (standard or optional extras, decoration) ?
IRM's 2008 Holiday homes for private individuals include 13 models in four product ranges:
- The Standard range (low end) includes Holiday homes with simple and functional equipment and standard insulation for use in summer. It includes IRM lowest prices.
- The Comfort range (mid-range) includes Holiday homes with Comfort equipment and finish (moulded furniture, bedrooms with blinds, luxury lounge seating, etc.) and better year round insulation. It undoubtedly offers the best quality - price ratio on the market.
- The Extra Comfort range (high end) includes Holiday homes with extremely complete high range equipment (stainless steel appliances, bedrooms with roller shutters, deluxe sofa, etc.) and better year round insulation. This range represents the best available in holiday homes
- The Prestige range (top of high end) only includes a single Holiday home. The Prestige Holiday home comprises 2 bedrooms and a central lounge, and satisfies all your needs for equipment and unequalled comfort.


2/ How many bedrooms do you want? What type of plan do you want? Central or panoramic lounge ?

• 2-bedroom Holiday homes with a central lounge have quieter bedrooms (since one is at each end of the holiday home) and an open plan kitchen adjacent to the lounge.
