The Riviera Comfort Holiday home is the same size as the Galaxie, and has an entirely new layout in which the kitchen and the lounge face the outside and the terrace.

Construction / Insulation

- IRM Isopro installation chassis incorporating:
- The ultra resistant galvanized steel chassis construction with its 165 mm wood floor joists at very close spacing (every 45 cm) ensures uniform greater floor rigidity. Innovation IRM 2008
- 64 mm "ISOTHERM" floor with reinforced thermal insulation as standard (40 mm rockwool) Innovation IRM 2008
- Extra thick external walls (50 mm) IRM plus point with extra insulation (polystyrene + aluminium-faced reflecting insulation)
- Galvanized corrosion resistant steel pantile roof with extra insulation (120 mm rockwool)
- Outward opening windows with low emittance (heat reflective in summer, heat retentive in winter) 4-16-4 double glazing (reduces heat losses by more than 30%) IRM plus point
- 1500 W convector in lounges, 750 W in bedroom and 500 W in shower room
- Gutters at the front and back with "invisible" downpipes built into the corners
- Canadian type vinyl cladding resistant to U.V and all weather conditions, no maintenance (white)
- High power suction cup water heater gas bottle change-over valve - propane gas pressure regulator
