This Holiday home was specially designed so that a handicapped person can access all rooms in a wheelchair.
Kitchen, shower room and toilet, and bedrooms are designed to enable complete autonomy.
No gas included (no handling of gas bottles), the water heater and the hob are electric.

Construction / Insulation

- The ultra resistant galvanized steel chassis construction with its 165 mm wood floor joists at very close spacing (every 45 cm) ensures uniform greater floor rigidity. IRM 2008 Innovation

- Outward opening windows with low emittance (heat reflective in summer, heat retentive in winter) 4-16-4 double glazing IRM plus point
- All season insulation optional: insulating reflective aluminium coated film (walls) and 120 mm rockwool (roof)
- 1000 W electrical convector in lounge (750 W convector in bedrooms and 500 W convector in shower room optional)
- Gutters at the front and back with "invisible" downpipes built into the corners
- Canadian type vinyl cladding resistant to U.V and all weather conditions, no maintenance
- Electrical water heater
