SUPER TITANIA 2008

SUPER TITANIA PLUS POINTS

• The least expensive of the 2-bedroom models
• Standard insulation for summer.

The most economic of the 2-bedroom models with separate dining area in the IRM range.

The Super Titania is provided with standard insulation, and is designed mainly for summer use.

The following options are recommended if you intend to use it outside summer months (particularly during cold months),
- reinforced wall / roof insulation
- additional electrical convectors in the bedrooms and shower room
- high power suction cup water heater
or better, choose the Super Titania Comfort version that has these three options as standard with a more refined and more extensive equipment, more suitable for use throughout the year.

Construction / Insulation

- 64 mm "ISOTHERM" floor with reinforced thermal insulation as standard (40 mm rockwool) IRM 2008 Innovation
- The ultra resistant galvanized steel chassis construction with its 165 mm wood floor joists at very close spacing (every 45 cm) ensures uniform greater floor rigidity. IRM 2008 Innovation

- Galvanized corrosion resistant steel pantile roof with standard insulation (50 mm rockwool)
- Outward opening windows with low emittance (heat reflective in summer, heat retentive in winter) 4-16-4 double glazing IRM plus point
- All season insulation optional: insulating reflective aluminium coated film (walls) and 120 mm rockwool (roof)
- 1500 W electrical convector in lounge (750 W convector in bedrooms and 500 W convector in shower room optional)
- Gutters at the front and back with "invisible" downpipes built into the corners
- Canadian type vinyl cladding resistant to U.V and all weather conditions, no maintenance (white)
