IRM holiday homes strictly satisfy European standard "EN 1647" (Caravan holiday homes - Habitation requirements for safety and health) to assure maximum safety and a guarantee of professionalism to your customers who are becoming increasingly sensitive to this type of subject.

• European standard "EN-1647" was produced by the European Standardization Committee, and is intended to guarantee the safety and health of persons using holiday homes, by fixing minimum requirements particularly for emergency exits, ventilation, risk areas surrounding household appliances, and the installation and use of liquefied petroleum gases and liquid fuels.

• Standard "EN 1647" assures camp site managers that IRM 2008 models satisfy recognized quality and safety standards.

• Standard "EN 1647" also provides campsite managers with a standard reference that can be very useful in the case of an incident or dispute with a holiday-maker who has rented an IRM 2008 holiday home. An independent organization (Bureau Veritas) certifies that IRM holiday homes are conforming with standard "EN 1647".

Permanent minimum natural ventilation :
Minimum high and low ventilation must be respected in every room to assure satisfactory air renewal.

High and low ventilation of wardrobes :
All IRM wardrobes and shelves are built on stands for ventilation, rather than being placed directly on the floor.

Large windows in every room :
- To provide light and comfort to holiday makers
- For evacuation in each room in case of disaster.

Foot height glazing made of Safety glass :
