NEW "ISOTHERM 64" floor
with standard thermal insulation

Reduces cold from entering the holiday home from underneath in winter. Increases comfort in all seasons due to its thickness and its components. This new floor is installed as standard equipment on all IRM 2008 holiday homes.

Low emissivity double glazing on doors and windows

Glazed surfaces are very much appreciated for their light, but unfortunately allow heat from the sun to pass in the summer and are the source of heat losses in the winter. IRM provides 4-16-4 low emissivity double glazing on all models as standard equipment, to give you the best solution on the market:

In winter, heat loss -30%
In summer, protection against heat +50%

- Low emissivity 4-16-4 double glazing
- Outward opening: does not occupy space on the inside, can remain open even when it is raining.

Insulation of outside walls

The very thick outside walls * (5 cm) are insulated by polystyrene and optionally for winter by a reflecting alububble film with insulating air gap.
